Actress Jessica Alba told David Letterman that she got a few extra hours of sleep by overfeeding her baby. “When she was six months old, I would overfeed her,” Alba said. “So, when [kids are] really full, they don’t wake up hungry.” Alba said that her daughter weighed as much at six months old as she currently does now, a year and a half later.
