In an unusual move, ABC-TV talk show hosts Barbara Walters and Regis & Kelly told their audiences that WABC Channel 7 viewers in New York City would not be able to watch their respective ABC-TV talk shows or the Oscars unless Cablevision came to an agreement with ABC-TV.
