Bill O’Reilly and Laura Ingraham discussed an interview O’Reilly did with Jon Stewart the night before on The Factor. “Jon Stewart looked like the sad clown,” she declared. “He just kind of seemed sad … He didn’t even get in the shots on you that I thought he’d get.”
“I thought (Stewart) gave as good as he got,” O’Reilly replied, disagreeing with Ingraham. “I think Stewart is the smartest guy in the entertainment current affairs business,” O’Reilly continued. “He smarter than all of the others, and he’s an honest guy.”
