On “The Factor,” Bill O’Reilly amended the explanation for his “Muslims attacked us” statement that he made on “The View.” During a discussion with Laura Ingraham, O’Reilly said he was sick of having to add the word ‘extremist,’ when describing the Muslims who attacked us on 9/11, because he believes the “extremist” is implied.
“You must say ‘Muslim extremist,’ and I submit to you, and everybody watching, that after ten years we got it. We know the difference between peace abiding Muslims, and people who make war under the banner of Islam,” O’Reilly explained.
“Did we say in World War Two that we were attacked by Japanese extremists or German extremists?” O’Reilly continued. “We said we were attacked by the Japanese. We were attacked by Muslims, that’s who attacked us.”
