On ‘Good Morning America,’ actor Charlie Sheen threatened to sue CBS for halting production of ‘Two and a Half Men,’ and passed a blood test meant to detect marijuana, cocaine, opiates, amphetamines and alcohol. The test follows an earlier over-the-counter urine test taken by Sheen on Friday. Both screenings were taken for RadarOnline.
Sheen promised he would sue CBS for “tons” of money, and said the network would be better off settling out-of-court. “They’re going to lose in a courtroom,” he said. “So, I would recommend that they do an out-of-court settlement and fix this whole thing and pay the crew and get season nine back on board.”
The results of the blood test, which was administered by a court-certified California lab, were then revealed at the end of the segment. The blood test reportedly covers a 24-hour period, while the urine test can detect substances up to 72-hours later.
