‘Dancing With The Stars’ judge Carrie Ann Inaba was surprised by an on-air proposal on ‘Live with Regis and Kelly.’ The proposal began as Regis read a fake letter which asked about proposing, then Inaba’s boyfriend Jesse Sloan showed up, dropped down on one knee and proposed as violinists played nearby. Inaba was guest-hosting for Kelly Ripa.
