On the ‘Today’ show, ‘Happy Days’ cast members Marion Ross, Don Most and Anson Williams discussed a lawsuit they’ve filed against CBS, alleging that the network failed to pay them a percentage of merchandising revenue over the years.

“For thirty-seven years, not a statement, not a dime,” complained Williams.

When asked if the cast members were concerned about the lawsuit making them seem petty, they emphatically said no. “They’re making money. They’re collecting money and … we’re being cut out,” Most said. “What’s petty about that?”

“We work hard. We deserve what’s in the contract. There’s nothing petty about that,” added Williams.
