Kelly Ripa is OK with never having won an Emmy, she said Monday on ‘Live With Regis and Kelly.’ Really, she is. She has embraced the mantle of “losing” much in the same way Charlie Sheen embraced “winning.”
Ripa and her husband Mark Consuelos are producing a sports documentary about a female basketball player, one of many projects for which she is listed as a producer on IMDb. Her last sports documentary, she noted, was nominated, but did not win, an Emmy.
