Megyn Kelly made her Fox primetime hosting debut on Monday evening, dominating in total viewership but losing to MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow among the ages 25-54 demographic.
Kelly’s 9 p.m. debut of The Kelly File racked up 2.07M total viewers, more than doubling the 997k total posted by MSNBC’s Maddow, and nearly quadrupling Piers Morgan‘s 530k total on CNN.
However, in the key 25-54 demo, Kelly’s 289k viewers placed second behind Maddow’s 299k. Morgan finished third with 145k demo viewership.
