Susan Lucci has been playing Erica Kane on ‘All My Children’ for more than 40 years, and in that time she’s racked up a lot of TV husbands. Today on ‘The Oprah Winfrey Show,’ she was reunited with all eight of them.
Oprah presented Lucci with photos of her character’s husbands on a giant curtain and asked her about them. Lucci said she had great chemistry with all of the actors and thanked her casting director.
Oprah then asked which character was hottest in bed as the audience cheered for their own particular favorites. “Look at these guys,” said Lucci. “How do you make a choice? Which has been Erica’s problem.”
Next came the surprise reveal, as Oprah dropped the curtain to reveal the actors who played her different husbands and introduced all eight, together for the first time on TV.
