Bill O’Reilly asserted that Fox News contributor Marc Lamont Hill, an African American Studies professor from Columbia, looked like a drug dealer. Hill, who was dressed in a suit and tie, laughed off the awkward moment, retorting “as do you,” and joked that to be “even,” O’Reilly looks “like a cocaine user.”
