After finally learning how to use Twitter only a month ago, Regis Philbin reports that he’s done with the social networking service on ‘Live With Regis and Kelly.’
Philbin said he tweeted about an appearance in Atlantic City, New Jersey, and his message was mistaken as an attempt to get people to attend. “And the first tweet back I get says, ‘Will you stop begging and pleading for people to come and see you?! Grow up! You’re an idiot!'” said Philbin.
“Never, never again! Regis is through tweeting! That’s it,” Philbin vowed.
