This afternoon on his radio show, Rush Limbaugh reacted to the infamous Miley Cyrus VMA performance by railing against it as “pornographic” due to the former Disney star’s near-nudity and sexual gyrations.
“It was just this side of on-stage pornography,” he said. “It was pure, unadulterated rot.”
Limbaugh lamented Cyrus’ transition from Disney character “Hannah Montana” into “this total trash.” He also expressed “shock” at how the media is upset about her racy act because “this is where the culture’s been headed” and, typically, the “mainstream media” would praise her as engaging in “performance art” similar to Karen Finley covering her nude body in chocolate back in the early 1990s.
