Conservative radio talker Rush Limbaugh accused Fox News of “slobbering all over” President Obama’s Tuscon speech. He added that the Fox News panel was only so laudatory because the speech was “all the things the educated ruling class wants their members to be and sound like.”
Appearing on ‘Special Report With Bret Baier’ Fox News analyst Charles Krauthammer pushed back at Limbaugh’s criticism.
“As one of the three sloberers here on the set let me just say that I find it interesting that only the ruling class wants a president who is smart articulate and oratorical in delivering a funeral oration,” Krauthammer responded. “It’s an odd and rather condescending view of what the rest of America is looking for in their president.”
