Under withering criticism, Rush Limbaugh issued a weak apology for his personal assault on Georgetown Law student Sandra Fluke this weekend — but she is not satisfied. As ThinkProgress noted Saturday, Limbaugh appeared to express little contrition in his apology and used the statement to continue his smear campaign against her. Appearing on ‘The View’ today, Fluke said Limbaugh’s apology doesn’t “change anything.”
Fluke also said she’s not interested in an apologetic phone call from Limbaugh, saying, “I think the statements that he made on the air about me have been personal enough, so I’d rather not have a personal phone call from him.”
