Appearing on “The Factor,” Sarah Palin attacked President Obama for not stopping the Gulf oil spill. However, when host Bill O’Reilly asked her several times how to stop the oil spill, she dodged the question and then suggested getting the Dutch and Norweigians involved in the oil cleanup, because that is what they are “known for.”
