The setup is simple: Hollywood stars read real, unflattering Twitter posts about themselves.
Selena Gomez, Jessica Biel, Simon Cowell, Kirstie Alley, Anderson Cooper, Hayden Panettiere, and Christina Applegate are just some of the celebs forced to hear some unpleasant things in the segment.
