For the fourth night in a row, Tonight Show host Jay Leno made an NBC-related joke, this time finally addressing the reports that the late night show will move to New York before fall 2014 and replace him with new host Jimmy Fallon.

“Are you all excited about March Madness? Are you all into March Madness?” he asked under the guise of discussing the NCAA college basketball tournament that began tonight.

“People are talking about who’s in, who’s out, who’s gonna be eliminated,” he said before delivering his punchline: “And that’s just here at NBC. I have never been in the paper this much. It’s fantastic.”

Seeing as the Leno exit is likely months away, one can’t help but wonder how long he’ll keep up this nightly joke-about-NBC routine before it gets old or he is removed from his position.
