“Regis doesn’t really believe the Internet exists,” Kelly Ripa said, perhaps shedding a bit of light on Philbin’s inability to grasp current technology.
Then, talk turns to Twitter, but Philbin seems confused that the service requires individual responses to all followers. “But, let me ask you something. When somebody tweets … they expect an answer. How do you provide that when you’ve got a million followers?” he asked in exasperation.
