On the ‘Late Show,’ David Letterman channeled his inner Gallagher, taking a giant gavel and smashing fruit on his desk. But when that proved not to be impressive enough, he moved on to statuary.
Guest Seth Rogen was hoping for a finale with Letterman smashing the big mic. Not one to leave a guest disappointed, Letterman brought out the big mic and gave Rogen the gavel, so that he could do the honors.
